At Lone Rider, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if it's not the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Print and Pack
Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. We will notify you via email as soon as your return is received at our warehouse.
Receive Your Refund
Once inspected, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
